Our Return & Refund Policy is intended to make the process easy, straightforward, and customer-friendly in the event that you are not entirely pleased with your purchase for any reason.
14-Day Return Policy
After your product is delivered, you have 14 days to return it. If a customer receives a product that is broken, defective, wrong, or substantially different from what they ordered, they have 14 days to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of use, washing, stains, fragrance, or physical damage caused after delivery will not qualify for return or refund approval.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team within 14 days of delivery by providing the order number, product details, and clear images or videos showing the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return procedure.
Products must be securely packed before being sent back to avoid damage during transit. In certain cases, we may arrange a pickup service depending on the customer’s location and service availability.
Refund Timeline
After the returned product reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection to verify its condition and eligibility. Once approved, the refund process will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details or UPI information to complete the refund process successfully.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional processing time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exchange Policy
We also provide product replacement or exchange, subject to stock availability, if you receive a damaged, flawed, or inaccurate product. Requests for exchanges must be made during the same 14-day return window.
A complete refund will be given in the event that the desired replacement product is not available.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Customized products, clearance sale items, gift cards, and products purchased during special promotional campaigns may also be non-returnable unless received in damaged condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect all orders before dispatch; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Sharing proper photos and unboxing videos helps us resolve the issue faster and ensures a smooth replacement or refund process.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled prior to shipment. Cancellation requests might not be granted once an order has been shipped. Refunds for canceled orders will be handled within five to seven business days if they qualify.
Shipping Charges
Unless the return is the result of an error on our part, like receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, original shipping costs are often non-refundable. If applicable, return shipping expenses may be subtracted from the refund amount.
