Domestic Orders

At Best Handkerchief, shipping charges are calculated based on the size of the order, packaging requirements, and delivery location. Final shipping costs will be displayed during checkout after entering the shipping address.

For standard domestic deliveries, orders are usually delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the customer’s location and courier availability.

For customized, made-to-order, or preorder products, shipping timelines may be different. Estimated dispatch and delivery details for such orders will be communicated directly by our support team after the order is confirmed.

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide. International shipping charges are determined based on package weight, dimensions, destination country, and shipping method selected during checkout.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the shipping fee paid on our website. These charges must be paid directly by the customer to the shipping carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.

Delivery timelines for international orders generally range between 10–15 business days depending on customs clearance and local courier services.

If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties or taxes and the shipment is returned or undeliverable, refunds may not be provided.

Customized, preorder, and international orders are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and shipping confirmation will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number. Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the delivery status of their order in real time.

Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days for shipping and delivery estimates.
